Motor yacht Starship (formerly MY Seanna) is a 185ft luxury charter yacht launched in 2001 by Delta Marine and refitted in 2021. The refit included a brand-new beach club and ocean deck. The yacht’s luxurious and classically-styled interior was designed by Bonville Associates.

"I had the pleasure of working with Bonville Associates on the complete refit of M/Y Starship 143’ and most recently, Starship 185’. Cindy and Lauren took the time with both owners and me to learn what we wanted to gain from each refit. They were able to incorporate their experience and intricate understanding of yachts and how exactly they are used. This allowed them to produce magnificently designed products. During the refit they proved time and again how important their knowledge was and we benefited from it. They are extremely familiar with the daily crew operations as well as the Captain’s responsibilities. While designing within our requirements, this allowed them to pay attention to details that others tend to forget when designing a yacht. Their dedication was only surpassed by the quality of the work produced and expected as well as the professional way in which it was executed. I have no reservations in recommending Bonville Associates to anyone interested in building or refitting a yacht. You can rest assure that you are in very qualified hands.”

AFTER --> BEFORE: Swipe left to view the soft goods update in this lovely salon. We retained much of the yacht`s original interior structure (as well as the large L-shaped sofa) but upgraded the space with bright wall coverings and freestanding furniture.
BEFORE --> AFTER: We removed the semi-circular bar and high top chairs and transformed the forward space into a formal dining area highlighted by a redesigned bulkhead and a gorgeous dining table for ten.

We recently completed the interior changes while she was in San Diego, and coordinated most of the logistics and outfitting from back here in Fort Lauderdale. This has been a special project for us as we got the opportunity to work with wonderful clients of ours on their 3rd vessel. She’s on her way to Costa Rica, but we can’t wait to be able to photograph this stunner once she arrives back in Florida! With only months to execute, Bonville Associates completed a full interior refit in 2019. The Skylounge was one of our favorite areas to design and although it exudes luxury with its stunning custom designed carpet and furnishings, it still maintains a casual, welcoming environment.
